Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy purchase. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of orders.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency and duration you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your subscription, you can do so at any time through the link included in your order confirmation email.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information on returns and refunds.
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently out of stock or not yet available for immediate shipment.
For pre-order items, we require either a partial deposit or full payment at checkout, depending on the product. If only a deposit is collected at the time of purchase, your payment method may be stored securely and the remaining balance will be charged before the order is fulfilled.
You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled. For partially paid pre-orders, any refund of the deposit will be subject to the terms stated at checkout. For fully paid pre-orders, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information on returns and refunds.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.
You will have a set trial period to decide whether you would like to keep the item. If you do not return the item within that period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
