At FreightTrex, we are committed to providing a clear and transparent return and refund process. Please review the following policy carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item meets all of the following conditions:

The item is returned in its original packaging

The item is in complete and resalable condition
Returns will not be accepted for items that:

Are not in their original packaging

Are missing parts or accessories

Are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or oth

Are requested more than 7 days after delivery
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us by email at info@freighttrex.com within 7 days of delivery.
Your return request email should include:

Your order number

The product name
-
A brief description of the reason for the return

Relevant photos, if applicable
Please do not return any item without prior authorization.
Once we receive your return request, we will review it within 48 hours and, if approved, provide return instructions and the return address by email.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product quality issue or because an incorrect item was sent by us, FreightTrex will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for personal reasons, including but not limited to ordering the wrong item, no longer needing the item, or other non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.
